kombucha culture (organic black tea, organic cane sugar), organic green tea, blueberry puree, pomegranate puree, strawberry puree, rosehip, hibiscus, apple pieces, strawberry pieces, raspberry leaves
Does kombucha have alcohol in it? Because our kombucha is naturally fermented for over 30 days, alcohol is produced. However, at the time of packaging, only trace amounts still exist (less than apple juice).
Why is there sugar in your kombucha? Becuase kombucha is alive, it requires a food source; and that food source is sugar. At the time of packaging, the sugar has been consumed by the culture. The remaining sugar (sweetness) comes from real fruit used for flavoring.
We pride ourselves on creating flavorful kombucha free of natural flavor. Our ingredients are listed above. If you receive your product in a package with any "natural flavor" ingredient listed, please know they do not exist in the beverage you are drinking. We are using up old packaging that will be gone soon!
